In order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, a 20-tonnage crane cannot be applied to a dust-free room, the invention discloses a 20-tonnage thousand-level dust-free crane which comprises two bearing rail beams arranged in parallel, cart end beam devices arranged in the bearing rail beams, and a main beam connected with the two cart end beam devices, and the overhead walking lifting mechanism is arranged in the main beam. Stainless steel sheets made of SUS304 materials are laid on the rail bearing beams and the main beams, and the wheel faces of the driving wheel, the driven wheel and the guide wheel which are used for walking, guiding and bearing loads are coated with polyurethane materials, so that friction dust is reduced, meanwhile, the service life of wheel bodies is prolonged, and the number of times of overhaul and maintenance is reduced. The drag chain grooves are formed below the power supply drag chains, the drag chains run in the corresponding drag chain grooves, and dust during running is collected in the drag chain grooves. The structural improvement of the crane can prevent generated dust and greasy dirt from dripping into a workshop, and the crane can be used in the workshop with the thousand-level dust-free requirement.

    本发明为了解决现有技术中20吨位的起重机无法应用于无尘室内的技术问题,公开了一种20吨千级无尘起重机,包括:两条并行设置的承轨梁,设置于每条承轨梁中的大车端梁装置,连接两组大车端梁装置的主梁,设置于主梁中的上置式行走起升机构。将承轨梁和主梁上铺设SUS304材质的不锈钢片,作为行走、导向和承载负重的主动轮、从动轮和导向轮的轮面上包覆聚氨酯材料,减少了摩擦粉尘的产生,同时还延长了轮体的使用寿命,减少了检修和维修的次数。供电拖链下方设置拖链槽,拖链在对应的拖链槽内运行,运行时的灰尘被收集在拖链槽内。起重机以上的结构改进,可以避免产生的粉尘、油污滴落至车间内,起重机在千级无尘要求的车间内能够使用。
