The invention relates to a ten-thousand-ton class movable portal crane. A pair of girders is of arch shapes and truss structures; the movable portal crane comprises a boom vertically connected between an upper chord beam and a lower chord beam in a tightening manner; a pair of rigid supporting legs and a pair of flexible supporting legs are of trapezoid truss structures and are rigidly and flexibly connected at two ends at the lower end of the girder respectively; a movable system controls the position of the supporting legs and can adjust the distance between the two girders according to the size of a hoisted heavy object; and technologies such as loading sharing of a hydraulic system, roller trolley walking, gear rack driving, and orbit transition bridge are adopted; the ten-thousand-ton class movable portal crane can integrally hoist large structure equipment with the weight of ten thousand tons and the height of more than one hundred meters and can walk along the preset orbit after hoisting the heavy object, and therefore, the ten-thousand-ton movable portal crane can hoist an ocean platform or a large component built on the ground and transfer the ocean platform or the large component built on the ground on the water surface, and a new mode that the ocean platform ground building is created.
