The invention discloses a multi-linkage vacuum sucking and lifting device which comprises a lifting frame and a control unit, a vacuum pump and a plurality of vacuum suction cups are arranged on the lifting frame, the vacuum pump is communicated with the vacuum suction cups through a vacuumizing pipeline, an air leakage detection component and an on-off valve are arranged on the vacuumizing pipeline, and the air leakage detection component is connected with the input end of the control unit. The vacuum pump and the on-off valve are connected with the output end of the control unit. The using method comprises the steps that the hanging bracket moves to make the vacuum suction cup make contact with a workpiece; starting a vacuum pump, and sucking the workpiece by a vacuum chuck; the vacuum pump is started to set time, the air leakage detection part detects whether leakage exists or not, and if leakage exists, the on-off valve on the vacuumizing pipeline is closed; when it is not detected that the negative pressure value in each vacuumizing pipeline with air leakage reaches the set range required by safe lifting of the workpiece, the vacuum pump is stopped; the hanging bracket drives the workpiece to be transferred to a target position. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to use, good in safety and the like.

    本发明公开了一种多联真空吸吊装置,包括吊架及控制单元,吊架上设有真空泵及多个真空吸盘,真空泵通过抽真空管路与各真空吸盘连通,抽真空管路上设有漏气检测部件和通断阀,漏气检测部件与控制单元的输入端相连,真空泵和通断阀均与控制单元的输出端相连。使用方法,包括步骤:吊架运动使真空吸盘与工件接触;真空泵启动,真空吸盘吸附工件;真空泵启动至设定时间,漏气检测部件检测是否存在泄漏,若存在泄漏该抽真空管路上的通断阀关闭;未检测到漏气的各抽真空管路内的负压值达到工件安全提升所需的设定范围时,真空泵停止;吊架带动工件转运至目标位置。本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、安全性好等优点。
