The invention discloses an intersection auxiliary transverse control method based on a lane indication board and a lane line and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: identifying the lane indication board; recognizing a road lane; the road lane corresponds to the lane sign information; obtaining lane selection of a driver; and controlling the vehicle to run to the corresponding lane according to the lane selection. The method helps a driver to plan a driving lane in advance, assist the driver to select the lane and transversely control lane change before the driver arrives at the intersection, improves the traffic efficiency and safety of the intersection road, reduces traffic accidents caused by point deduction penalty and temporary lane change, and reduces the fatigue and anxiety of the driver during urban traffic.
