The invention provides a motor controller supporting capacitor discharging device and method and an electric vehicle. The device comprises a core control unit, a relay control unit, a switch control unit, a capacitor and a voltage sampling unit which are located in a motor controller. The input end of the core control unit is connected with the voltage sampling unit; the output end is respectively connected with the relay control unit and the switch control unit; when the voltage at the two ends of the capacitor is smaller than a preset voltage threshold value, the switch control unit is in an off-section state; when the voltage at the two ends of the capacitor is larger than or equal to a preset voltage threshold value, the core control unit controls the relay control unit to be closed, and the switch control unit is opened to discharge the capacitor. Based on the device, the invention further provides a motor controller supporting capacitor discharging method and an electric vehicle. According to the invention, the discharge function of the support capacitor is realized under the condition of not increasing devices, so that the space and the cost are saved; and the problem of loss caused by frequently-hung parallel high-power resistors is solved.

    本发明提出了一种电机控制器支撑电容泄放装置、方法和电动汽车,该装置包括位于电机控制器内部的核心控制单元、继电器控制单元、开关控制单元、电容和电压采样单元;核心控制单元输入端接电压采样单元;输出端分别连接继电器控制单元和开关控制单元;当电容两端的电压小于预设电压阈值时,开关控制单元为关段状态;电容两端的电压大于等于预设电压阈值时,核心控制单元控制继电器控制单元吸合,且开关控制单元打开为电容放电。基于该装置,还提出了一种电机控制器支撑电容泄放方法和电动汽车。本发明在不增加器件的情况下实现支撑电容的泄放功能,节省了空间和成本;解决了常挂并联大功率电阻带来的损耗问题。
