The invention discloses an electric vehicle bus capacitor discharging method based on maximum copper loss of a motor winding and belongs to the technical field of bus capacitor discharging methods. Aiming at the requirement that the bus voltage of a vehicle needs to be reduced to a safe voltage within 3 seconds in an emergency, the invention provides a discharging method taking a permanent magnet synchronous motor winding as a bleeder resistor, and according to the relation among a current limit circle, a voltage limit ellipse and a power limit circle in the bus capacitor discharging process, current track selection is carried out by taking the maximum copper loss of the winding as a constraint condition, it is determined that the current track firstly moves along a current limit circle in the discharging process and then approaches an original point along a tangent line of a power limit circle when the rotating speed is lower than the turning rotating speed, and rapid discharging of a bus capacitor is achieved through the track with the maximum copper loss. According to the method, the rapid discharge of the bus capacitor under the emergency condition of the electric vehicle is realized, and the method has advantages of low cost and high safety.

    本发明公开了一种基于电机绕组最大铜耗的电动汽车母线电容放电方法,属于母线电容放电方法技术领域。本发明针对车辆在紧急情况时母线电压需要在3s内下降到安全电压的要求,提出一种将永磁同步电机绕组作为泄放电阻的放电方法,根据母线电容放电过程中电流极限圆、电压极限椭圆和功率极限圆的关系,通过将绕组最大铜耗作为约束条件进行电流轨迹选择,确定了放电过程电流轨迹先沿着电流极限圆运动,转速低于转折转速时再沿着功率极限圆切线靠近原点,通过铜耗最大的轨迹实现母线电容快速放电。本发明实现了电动汽车紧急情况下母线电容的快速放电,还具有成本低,安全性高的优点。
