When the autonomous ocean survey and exploration ship system is used, a first layer of solar panel, a second layer of solar panel, a third layer of solar panel and a fourth layer of solar panel are gradually unfolded through pushing of a push-pull air cylinder assembly, and a vertically-staggered multi-layer solar panel structure is formed; through the arrangement of the push-pull air cylinder assembly, the ocean exploration ship can store energy to the maximum extent when the sea condition is stable, when the sea condition is unstable, the first-layer solar panel, the second-layer solar panel, the third-layer solar panel and the fourth-layer solar panel are gradually stored in the hexagonal protection shell in a stacked mode through tensioning of the push-pull air cylinder assembly, and the first-layer solar panel, the second-layer solar panel, the third-layer solar panel and the fourth-layer solar panel are stored in the hexagonal protection shell in a stacked mode through tensioning of the door closing tensioning spring. In a natural state, the shell closed protective door assembly closes and blocks the storage chute, and after the exploration ship folding solar panel assembly is stored, the shell closed protective door assembly naturally gets close to the storage chute to block the storage chute along with folding of the exploration ship folding solar panel assembly.
