The invention discloses a nuclear power plant containment high-altitude operation hanging basket and a wind resistance method thereof. The high-altitude operation hanging basket for the containment vessel of the nuclear power plant comprises a ring beam trolley, a hanging basket, a fan and a walking wheel mechanism, the ring beam trolley walks on a containment ring beam, and the hanging basket is hung below the ring beam trolley and close to a containment cylinder wall through a steel cable; the fan is mounted on the first side, opposite to the containment cylinder wall, of the hanging basket, and the walking wheel mechanism is mounted on the second side, facing the containment cylinder wall, of the hanging basket; and when the fan is in an on state, the hanging basket is pushed to the containment cylinder wall by counter-acting force, so that the travelling wheel mechanism presses the containment cylinder wall. Compared with the prior art, the high-altitude operation hanging basket for the containment vessel of the nuclear power plant is provided with the fan and the walking wheel mechanism, so that the strong wind resistance of the hanging basket is obviously improved, and the hanging basket can be kept stable in strong wind weather. Therefore, the high-altitude operation hanging basket for the containment vessel of the nuclear power plant does not need to stop operation in windy weather, the available operation time is obviously prolonged, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种核电厂安全壳高空作业吊篮及其抗风方法。所述核电厂安全壳高空作业吊篮包括环梁小车、吊篮、风扇和行走轮机构;所述环梁小车在安全壳环梁上行走,吊篮通过钢缆悬挂在环梁小车下方靠近安全壳筒壁处;所述风扇安装在吊篮背向安全壳筒壁的第一侧,行走轮机构安装在吊篮朝向安全壳筒壁的第二侧;风扇处于开启状态时,反作用力将吊篮推向安全壳筒壁,使行走轮机构压紧安全壳筒壁。与现有技术相比,本发明核电厂安全壳高空作业吊篮通过设置风扇和行走轮机构,明显提高了吊篮抵抗大风的能力,使吊篮能够在大风天气下保持稳定。因此,本发明核电厂安全壳高空作业吊篮在大风天气下无需停止作业,可用作业时间明显增长,有利于缩短工期。
