The contracted encircling supporting mechanism encircles the wind power tower drum; the maintenance work platform is located on the side face of the wind power tower drum through hoisting of the hoisting frame, and the hoisting mechanism and the hoisting frame jointly drive the surrounding supporting mechanism and the maintenance work platform to synchronously ascend and descend along the wind power tower drum. The telescopic direction of the telescopic structure is in the radial direction of the wind power tower, and the maintenance work platform can move in the radial direction relative to the wind power tower along with stretching of the telescopic structure so as to adjust the horizontal distance between the maintenance work platform and the wind power tower. The maintenance work platform is of a telescopic platform structure with the length, the width and the height, and the length of the maintenance work platform can be adjusted in the telescopic state. According to the invention, the lifting and telescopic hanging basket structure is arranged on the wind power tower drum, so that the convenience, safety and operation efficiency of wind power maintenance are improved.
