The invention relates to the field of traffic management, in particular to a collision risk assessment method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation information of a first target motor vehicle and a second target motor vehicle at the current moment, wherein the operation information comprises a speed vector, an acceleration vector and a position; calculating collision risk measurement indexes of the first target motor vehicle and the second target motor vehicle according to the operation information, wherein the collision risk measurement indexes comprise a first distance, arrival time and a phase angle; according to the collision risk measurement index, a collision risk evaluation algorithm based on a phase angle utility model is adopted to calculate a collision risk coefficient between the first target motor vehicle and the second target motor vehicle; judging the collision risk degree between the first target motor vehicle and the second target motor vehicle according to the collision risk coefficient; therefore, the collision risk degree between the motor vehicles can be effectively predicted, and corresponding measures can be taken in advance to reduce collision accidents or traffic jam.

    本发明涉及交通管理领域,具体为一种碰撞风险评估方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质;通过获取第一目标机动车与第二目标机动车在当前时刻的运行信息,运行信息包括速度矢量、加速度矢量和位置;根据运行信息计算所述第一目标机动车与第二目标机动车的碰撞风险度量指标,碰撞风险度量指标包括第一距离、到达时间、相位角;根据碰撞风险度量指标,采用基于相位角效用模型的碰撞风险评估算法计算第一目标机动车与第二目标机动车之间的碰撞风险系数;根据碰撞风险系数对第一目标机动车与第二目标机动车之间的碰撞风险程度进行判断;从而可有效预测机动车之间的碰撞风险程度,并有利于提前作出对应的措施,以减少碰撞事故或交通阻塞。
