The invention belongs to the field of engineering vehicles, and discloses a vertical landing leg hydraulic system and an engineering vehicle, and the vertical landing leg hydraulic system comprises a vertical landing leg oil cylinder which comprises a rod cavity working oil way connected with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity working oil way connected with a rodless cavity; the hydraulic locking valve group is used for preventing the vertical supporting leg from being softened and is arranged in the rodless cavity working oil way and the rod cavity working oil way; and the redundant lockup valve is arranged in the rodless cavity working oil way. By arranging the redundant locking valve and the hydraulic locking valve set, locking of the rodless cavity of the vertical supporting leg oil cylinder can be independently achieved, and therefore when only one redundant locking valve or one hydraulic locking valve set is clamped, the overall locking performance of the valve set cannot be affected, the static position of the vertical supporting leg oil cylinder can be reliably kept, and the reliability of the vertical supporting leg oil cylinder is improved. And the failure probability of the valve group is greatly reduced. The integrated valve group formed after the redundant lockup valves are additionally arranged is slightly larger in size, the installation mode is not changed, and higher safety benefits can be achieved with low cost.

    本发明属于工程车辆领域,公开了一种垂直支腿液压系统和工程车辆,垂直支腿液压系统包括:垂直支腿油缸,包括与有杆腔相连的有杆腔工作油路和与无杆腔相连的无杆腔工作油路;液压锁止阀组,用于防止垂直支腿软腿并设置在无杆腔工作油路和有杆腔工作油路中;以及冗余锁止阀,设置在所述无杆腔工作油路中。通过设置冗余锁止阀,与液压锁止阀组都可以单独实现对垂直支腿油缸的无杆腔的锁闭,因此仅单个冗余锁止阀或者液压锁止阀组发生卡滞,均不会影响阀组整体的锁闭性能,可以可靠保持垂直支腿油缸的静止位置,使得阀组失效概率大大下降。增设冗余锁止阀后所形成的集成阀组,除了尺寸稍大一些外,安装形式不变,可以小成本实现更高安全性收益。
