The steering hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic pump, a steering locking oil cylinder andan energy accumulator; the steering locking oil cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a piston rod assembly, the piston rod assembly comprises a piston rod, a first piston and a second piston, the first piston and the second piston are arranged on the piston rod, the first piston is located in a first cavity and divides the first cavity into two locking cavities, and the two locking cavities communicate with each other; the second piston is located in a second cavity and divides the second cavity into a left steering cavity and a right steering cavity, and in the locking state, the two locking cavities are filled with oil, and the left steering cavity and the right steering cavity are unloaded; and in the steering state, the two locking cavities are unloaded, the hydraulic pump suppliesoil to one of the left steering cavity and the right steering cavity, and an oil port of the energy accumulator communicates with the locking cavities. The energy accumulator can play a role in maintaining the oil pressure of the locking cavities, the hydraulic pump does not need to continuously work to supply oil to the locking cavities at high pressure, and thus energy consumption can be reduced.
