The invention discloses an airplane model turnover system which comprises a first AGV and a second AGV, a first lifting platform and a second lifting platform are arranged on vehicle bodies of the first AGV and the second AGV respectively, turnover frames are arranged on the first lifting platform and the second lifting platform, each turnover frame comprises a driving rolling device and a driven rolling device, and the driving rolling device and the driven rolling device each comprise a supporting frame and a holding ring. The supporting frames are provided with two rollers which are oppositely arranged, the embracing rings are clamped between the two rollers, clamping mechanisms are arranged in the embracing rings, the supporting frames of the driving rolling device and the driven rolling device are arranged on the first lifting platform and the second lifting platform respectively, the two embracing rings are fixedly connected through a connecting rod, and the embracing ring of the driving rolling device is fixedly provided with a rack which is circumferentially arranged. A supporting frame of the driving rolling device is provided with a gear meshed with the rack, and the gear is driven by a motor. The invention aims to provide the turning-over system for the airplane model in the wind tunnel, which is compact in structural size, good in operation adaptability and capable of greatly shortening working time consumption.
本发明公开了一种飞机模型翻身系统,其包括第一AGV和第二AGV,第一AGV和第二AGV的车体上分别设有第一升降平台和第二升降平台,第一、二升降平台上设有翻身架,翻身架包括主、从动滚转装置,主、从动滚转装置均包括支撑架和抱环,支撑架上设有两个相对布置的辊子,抱环卡接于两个辊子之间,抱环内设有夹持机构,主、从动滚转装置的支撑架分别设于第一、二升降平台上,两个抱环之间通过连接杆固连,主动滚转装置的抱环上固定设有周向布置的齿条,主动滚转装置的支撑架上设有与齿条啮合的齿轮,齿轮通过电机驱动。其目的是为了提供一种结构尺寸紧凑、操作适应性良好,同时能大幅缩短工时消耗的风洞内飞机模型翻身系统。
