After the turning control unit receives the aircraft wheel speed signal and the ground speed signal at the same time, large and small angle control law switching logic is executed according to the aircraft wheel speed signal; when it is judged that the aircraft wheel speed signal fails, whether the received ground speed signal is effective or not is judged, and if the received ground speed signal is effective, the turning control unit executes large and small angle control law switching logic according to the received ground speed signal; the aircraft wheel speed signal and the ground speed signal are introduced at the same time, when the aircraft wheel speed signal loses efficacy, the ground speed signal can still control the front wheel to make large-angle turning, the situation that when the aircraft wheel speed signal loses efficacy, the front wheel turning system cannot make large-angle turning is prevented, and the task reliability of the aircraft is improved.
