本发明提出一种航标回收吊运装置及方法,包括托架和夹持臂、起吊门架、门架翻转机构和托架升降翻转机构,起吊门架包括立柱、底座、环形轨道和行吊,立柱底部与底座铰接,顶部安设环形轨道,行吊沿环形轨道移动,门架翻转机构安设于底座上,伸缩杆端头与立柱相连接,托架升降翻转机构包括连接横梁、伸缩导轨、升降油缸和托架翻转油缸,伸缩导轨对称设于船体上,托架底部与连接横梁相铰接,连接横梁的两端头与伸缩导轨的内套筒相连接,升降油缸固定于外套筒上,伸缩杆端头与内套筒相连接,托架翻转油缸固定于连接横梁上,伸缩杆端头与托架底部相连接。本发明解决航标的自动回收和升降出水起吊的问题,实现在甲板上对航标进行无落差挂钩或维修操作。
