A first set of sliding supporting assemblies for supporting the shell assembly in a sliding mode are arranged on the connecting piece, the secondary driving part drives the working tip to vertically ascend and descend so as to drive the movable wedge piece to vertically move, and the multiple arc-shaped plates expand outwards in the radial direction or retract inwards in the radial direction under the action of inclined face matching between the movable wedge-shaped protrusion and the fixed wedge piece. The device has the advantage that the functions of autonomous tunneling, autonomous anchoring and autonomous desorption on the seabed are achieved.
