The invention relates to a balance arm which comprises an upper plane truss, a lower plane truss and a lower plane truss. The lower plane truss is at least partially parallel to the upper plane truss, so that a mounting position of an electric control part of the tower crane is at least formed on the lower plane truss; and the web member assembly is used for connecting and supporting the upper plane truss and the lower plane truss.
