Comprising a balance arm, a hanging basket mechanism and a counterweight unit, mounting windows are formed in the tails of the balance arms; the hanging basket mechanism and the installation window are fixed in a matched mode, the balance weight unit is correspondingly fixed in the hanging basket mechanism and comprises a first balance weight and a second balance weight which are hinged, a first hanging ring is arranged on the first balance weight and/or the second balance weight, and limiting blocks are arranged on the bottom sides of the end faces, away from each other, of the first balance weight and the second balance weight respectively. Limiting grooves are formed in the top face of the first balancing weight and the top face of the second balancing weight, each limiting groove comprises a guide part and a limiting part which are communicated, each guide part is of a horn mouth structure, and the limiting parts correspond to limiting blocks below the limiting parts in thickness and projection position. The method has the beneficial effects that step-by-step hoisting installation of the transversely-combined balance weight unit can be achieved, balance weight is stable, and the fixing effect and the loosening capacity are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔机平衡结构及安装方法,主要涉及起重设备安装技术领域。包括平衡臂、吊篮机构和配重单元;平衡臂尾部具有安装窗口;吊篮机构与安装窗口配合固定,配重单元对应固定在吊篮机构内且包括两块铰接的第一配重块和第二配重块,第一配重块和/或第二配重块上设有第一挂环,第一配重块和第二配重块相互远离的端面底侧分别设有限位块,第一配重块和第二配重块的顶面上设有限位槽,所述限位槽包括相连通的导向部和限位部,导向部为喇叭口结构,限位部与其下方的限位块的厚度及投影位置相对应。本发明的有益效果在于:能够实现对横向组合的配重单元的分步骤吊装安装,且配配重稳定,固定效果和放松动能力大幅提高。
