The invention discloses a hydraulic and electromagnetic mixed three-degree-of-freedom flapping wing test bench, and belongs to the technical field of flapping wing aircraft test equipment. The hydraulic and electromagnetic mixed three-degree-of-freedom flapping wing test bench comprises a rack, a flapping mechanism, a torsion mechanism, a yaw mechanism and flapping wings, the flapping mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a first transmission rod, a second transmission rod, a flexible body and a flapping wing mounting base; the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the rack; the hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the first transmission rod; the first transmission rod is hinged to the rack; the first transmission rod and the second transmission rod are coaxially connected and can rotate relatively; an electrified coil in the torsion mechanism slides under the action of a semicircular permanent magnet magnetic field to drive a second transmission rod to rotate to realize torsion; a cylindrical permanent magnet in the yawing mechanism slides under the action of a magnetic field of an electrified coil to drive a flapping wing mounting base to rotate so as to realize yawing; and the flapping wings are fixedly mounted on the flapping wing mounting bases. The device can ensure that the flapping wing has three rotational degrees of freedom and can be independently controlled and adjusted so as to meet the experimental research on the flapping wing motion, and is suitable for the experimental process of the complex flapping wing motion law.

    一种液压和电磁混合的三自由度扑翼试验台属扑翼飞行器试验设备技术领域,包括:机架、扑动机构、扭转机构、偏航机构和扑翼;扑动机构包括液压缸、第一传动杆、第二传动杆、柔性体、扑翼安装基座;液压缸固定在机架上;液压缸与第一传动杆铰接;第一传动杆与机架铰接;第一传动杆与第二传动杆同轴连接,并可以相对转动;扭转机构中通电线圈在半圆形永磁体磁场作用下滑动,带动第二传动杆转动实现扭转;偏航机构中圆柱形永磁体在通电线圈的磁场作用下滑动,带动扑翼安装基座转动实现偏航;扑翼固定安装在扑翼安装基座上。本发明能够保证扑翼拥有三个转动自由度,并可以独立控制调整,以满足对扑翼运动的试验研究,适合用于复杂扑翼运动规律的试验过程。
