The invention discloses an automatic unmanned ship sonar laying and recycling mechanism which comprises a sonar cabin, an intelligent lifting device, a sealing device, a lifting rod supporting device and a sonar mounting bracket. The sonar cabin is arranged in the middle of the ship bottom, a sealing device is arranged on the sonar cabin, and a lifting rod in the lifting rod supporting device penetrates through the sealing device and is supported by the lifting rod supporting device; the lower end of the lifting rod is connected with a sonar installation support, and sonar equipment is fixedly installed on the sonar installation support. The upper end of the lifting rod is connected with a lead screw in the intelligent lifting device, the lead screw is driven by the intelligent lifting device to move up and down, and therefore the lifting rod is driven to do lifting motion. According to the automatic lifting mechanism, sonar laying and withdrawing are achieved, a solution is provided for unmanned ship sonar laying, and the mechanism is simple in structure, safe and reliable.
