The lower trolley is of a frame-shaped structure, the lower trolley lifting appliance is arranged below the lower trolley in a lifting mode through the lower trolley lifting steel wire rope, the lower trolley walks on the lower trolley running track, the upper trolley and the upper trolley lifting appliance can penetrate through a structural frame of the lower trolley, and the lower trolley lifting winding drum is in transmission connection with the lower trolley energy-saving winding drum through the lower trolley energy-saving reduction gearbox. The energy consumption of the crossing type quay crane can be reduced, the upper trolley and the lower trolley are prevented from colliding with the quay crane structure during running, the structural safety is protected, and conditions are provided for high-speed running of the upper trolley and the lower trolley in the crossing type quay crane.

    本发明公开了一种穿越式高速减速箱节能岸桥,上小车吊具经上小车起升钢丝绳吊设于上小车下方,上小车行走于上小车运行轨道上,上小车起升卷筒经上小车节能减速箱与上小车节能卷筒传动连接。下小车为框型结构,下小车吊具经下小车起升钢丝绳吊设于下小车下方,下小车行走于下小车运行轨道上,且上小车和上小车吊具可由下小车的结构框架内穿越通过,下小车起升卷筒经下小车节能减速箱与下小车节能卷筒传动连接。本发明能够降低穿越式岸桥的能耗,防止上小车和下小车在运行时与岸桥结构发生的碰撞,保护结构安全,为穿越式岸桥中上小车和下小车高速运行提供条件。
