The invention discloses a crossing type reduction gearbox counterweight energy-saving quay crane. An upper trolley energy-saving mechanism is in transmission connection with an upper trolley hoisting mechanism, one end of an upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope is led out from the upper trolley energy-saving mechanism, the other end of the upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope is fixedly connected with a quay crane supporting structure after winding across an upper trolley balancing assembly, one end of an upper trolley hoisting steel wire rope is led out from the upper trolley hoisting mechanism, and the other end of the upper trolley hoisting steel wire rope extends to an upper trolley lifting appliance; and a lower trolley energy-saving mechanism is in transmission connection with a lower trolley hoisting mechanism, one end of a lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope is led out from the lower trolley energy-saving mechanism, the other end of the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the quay crane supporting structure after winding across a lower trolley balancing assembly, and one end of a lower trolley hoisting steel wire rope is led out from the lower trolley hoisting mechanism, and the other end of the lower trolley hoisting steel wire rope extends to a lower trolley lifting appliance. The container loading and unloading efficiency of the quay crane is greatly improved, energy consumption is reduced, the energy-saving effect reaches 25%, meanwhile, mutual interference of various devices is avoided, and the operation stability of the crossing type quay crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种穿越式减速箱平衡重节能岸桥,上小车节能机构与上小车起升机构传动连接,上小车节能钢丝绳的一端由上小车节能机构中引出,另一端绕过上小车平衡组件后与岸桥支撑结构固定连接。上小车起升钢丝绳的一端由上小车起升机构中引出,另一端延伸向上小车吊具,下小车节能机构与下小车起升机构传动连接,下小车节能钢丝绳的一端由下小车节能机构中引出,另一端绕过下小车平衡组件后与岸桥支撑结构固定连接。下小车起升钢丝绳的一端由下小车起升机构中引出,另一端延伸向下小车吊具。本发明大幅提高岸桥的集装箱装卸效率并降低了能耗,节能效果达到25%,同时避免各种设备互相干扰,提高穿越式岸桥的运行稳定性。
