The invention discloses a quay crane reduction gearbox counterweight energy-saving system with a vibration reduction function. The system is characterized in that a motor, a hoisting reduction gearbox and a hoisting drum are in transmission connection in sequence; and one end of a hoist rope is wound on the hoisting drum while the other end of the hoist rope is wound on a quay crane lifting appliance. The hoisting drum, a balance reduction gearbox and a balance drum are in transmission connection in sequence, one end of a counterweight steel wire rope is wound on the balance drum while the other end of the counterweight steel wire rope bypasses a movable pulley and then is fixedly connected to a quay crane structure through an oil-gas damper, and the movable pulley is fixedly arranged on a counterweight. The direction of the torque of the counterweight acting on the balance drum is opposite to that of the torque of a quay crane trolley lifting appliance acting on the hoisting drum. According to the system, the torque acting on the balance drum by the balance weight is used for counteracting torque acting on the hoisting drum by the quay crane lifting appliance, 25% of energy consumption of quay crane operation is reduced, vibration of the counterweight can be weakened, tension on the counterweight steel wire rope is reduced, the stability of the energy-saving system is improved, and the protection is provided for the quay crane structure and the counterweight.

    本发明公开了一种具有减振功能的岸桥减速箱平衡重节能系统,电机、起升减速箱和起升卷筒顺次传动连接,起升钢丝绳的一端缠绕于起升卷筒上,另一端缠绕与岸桥吊具上。起升卷筒、平衡减速箱和平衡卷筒顺次传动连接,平衡重钢丝绳的一端缠绕在平衡卷筒上,另一端绕过动滑轮后经油气阻尼与岸桥结构固定连接,动滑轮固定设于平衡重上。平衡重作用于平衡卷筒上的扭矩与岸桥小车吊具作用于起升卷筒上的扭矩方向相反。本发明利用衡重作用在平衡卷筒上的扭矩抵消岸桥吊具作用在起升卷筒上的扭矩,降低了岸桥运行25%的能耗,还能够减弱平衡重的振动,降低对平衡重钢丝绳的拉力,提高节能系统的稳定性,为岸桥结构和平衡重提供保护。
