The invention discloses a shore crane counterweight energy-saving system with a vibration reduction function. A motor, a reduction gearbox and a lifting winding drum are sequentially in transmission connection, one end of a lifting steel wire rope is wound on the lifting winding drum, the other end of the lifting steel wire rope bypasses a lifting redirection pulley and then extends to a trolley pulley block, and a lifting redirection pulley block is fixedly arranged at one end of a shore crane girder. One end of a balancing weight steel wire rope is wound on the lifting winding drum, the other end of the balancing weight steel wire rope is fixed on a shore crane structure through an oil-gas damper after bypassing a balancing movable pulley block, the winding direction of the balancing weight steel wire rope on the lifting winding drum is opposite to that of the lifting steel wire rope on the lifting winding drum, and the balancing movable pulley block is fixedly arranged above a balancing weight. The operation energy consumption of a shore crane is reduced by 25% through the balancing weight, meanwhile, vibration of the balancing weight can be controlled, the situation that the pulling force of the balancing weight on the balancing weight steel wire rope is too large is prevented, collision between the balancing weight and the shore crane structure is prevented, the stability of the energy-saving system and the shore crane structure is improved, and the shore crane structure is protected.

    本发明公开了一种具有减振功能的岸桥平衡重节能系统,电机、减速箱和起升卷筒顺次传动连接,起升钢丝绳的一端缠绕于起升卷筒上,另一端绕过起升改向滑轮后延伸向小车滑轮组,起升改向滑轮组固定设置在岸桥大梁的一端。平衡重钢丝绳的一端缠绕于起升卷筒上,另一端绕过平衡动滑轮组后经油气阻尼固定于岸桥结构上,且平衡重钢丝绳在起升卷筒上的缠绕方向与起升钢丝绳在起升卷筒上的缠绕方向相反,平衡动滑轮组固定设于平衡重上方。本发明利用平衡重降低了岸桥25%的运行能耗,同时还能够控制平衡重的振动,防止平衡重对平衡重钢丝绳的拉力过大,防止平衡重与岸桥结构发生碰撞,提高节能系统和岸桥结构的稳定性,对岸桥结构进行了保护。
