Compared with the three-dimensional measurement, the method has the advantages that the measurement time is saved, the two-dimensional method is simpler and more convenient to determine the allowance, the allowance scribing is more convenient and more visual and is not influenced by the measurement environment, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶全宽型五总段无余量搭载方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、开设单边基准线,统一中心线,统一高度基准;步骤二、全宽型五总段定位;步骤三、单边基准线、船舶中心线、辅助中心线反驳,确定余量;步骤四、按照切割余量制作余量样条,余量划线时将总段无余量边对准余量样条的一端,在另外一只总段的另一端划线,线到另外一只总段的边口的距离为切割余量,现场切割按照余量线进行修割,确保总段无余量搭载。本发明相比三维测量利用模拟搭载软件进行余量修割,该方法节约了测量时间,二维方法确定余量更加简单方便,余量划线更加方便直观,不受测量环境的影响,大大提高了工作效率。
