The invention discloses an integrated charging settlement method, an acquisition preposition and a charging device, and the method comprises the steps: scanning a two-dimensional code, selecting a charging device from charging device information corresponding to the two-dimensional code, and setting a pre-charging amount, the charging device comprising a charging pile and a charging socket; after the pre-charging amount is frozen, a charging instruction is sent to the selected charging equipment, so that the charging equipment starts charging, charging process information is fed back regularly, and the charging process information comprises the charging state, the charging duration or the charging electric quantity; the charging process information and the charging balance are displayed in real time, so that the user issues a charging stopping instruction to the charging equipment according to the charging process information and the charging balance; or when the charging device identifies the charging state or the charging duration or the charging electric quantity reaches the preset value, charging is stopped; and the charging amount is settled and the remaining pre-charging balance is unfrozen. According to the invention, the electric vehicle and the electric bicycle can be integrally charged, and fee settlement is completed.
