The invention relates to a traffic prediction method and system for multilayer space-time traffic knowledge graph reconstruction, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a traffic knowledge graph road network layer based on the traffic road network data of a to-be-predicted region, and carrying out the calculation based on the real-time road condition data, the traffic road network data and an ST-GCN model, and obtaining a traffic flow prediction value; reconstructing the road network layer according to the traffic flow predicted value to obtain a traffic knowledge graph flow layer; clustering the data of the traffic flow layer by using an algorithm and reconstructing the data so as to obtain a traffic knowledge graph function layer; and performing function division on the to-be-predicted region based on the functional layer and predicting traffic of the to-be-predicted region. According to the method, the traffic road network data and the real-time road condition data of the to-be-predicted area are fused to construct the multi-layer traffic knowledge graph and divide the multi-layer traffic knowledge graph into the road network layer, the flow layer and the functional layer, and the traffic knowledge graph realizes more accurate prediction of the future short-time traffic flow by sensing information of other nodes as supplement.
本发明涉及一种多层时空交通知识图谱重建的交通预测方法及系统,包括:基于待预测区域的交通道路网数据构建交通知识图谱路网层,并基于实时路况数据、交通道路网数据和ST‑GCN模型计算得到交通流量预测值;根据交通流量预测值对路网层进行重建,得到交通知识图谱流量层;利用算法对交通流量层的数据进行聚类并以此进行重建,得到交通知识图谱功能层;基于功能层对待预测区域进行功能划分并对待预测区域的交通进行预测。本发明通过融合待预测区域的交通道路网数据和实时路况数据,构建一个多层交通知识图谱并将其分为路网层、流量层和功能层,该交通知识图谱通过感知其他节点的信息作为补充,实现对未来短时间交通流量更准确的预测。
