The invention discloses an ETC non-deceleration fast passing system and method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle passing, the fast passing system comprises a user terminal, a highway entrance and exit shunting system, a path speed measurement system, a path recognition device and a data processing server; the user terminal is used for collecting registration information and payment information input by a vehicle owner; the expressway entrance and exit shunting system comprises a plurality of license plate number identification devices which are respectively arranged on an expressway entrance channel and an expressway exit channel and are used for identifying license plate numbers of passing vehicles; the path speed measurement system comprises a plurality of license plate recognition and positioning devices arranged at fixed points of a highway and used for collecting positions and license plate numbers of vehicles passing through the fixed points; the path recognition device is used for calculating the driving path of the vehicle according to the received data; and the data processing server is used for calculating the toll according to the received data. According to the invention, the traffic efficiency can be improved, and the situation of rubbing ETC can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种ETC不减速的快速通行系统及方法,属于车辆通行技术领域,该快速通行系统包括用户终端、高速出入口分流系统、路径测速系统、路径识别装置和数据处理服务器;所述用户终端用于收集车主录入的注册信息及支付信息;所述高速出入口分流系统包括若干个分别布置于高速入口通道和高速出口通道的车牌号识别设备,用于识别过往车辆的车牌号;所述路径测速系统包括若干个布置于高速路的固定点位的车牌识别与定位装置,用于采集途径该固定点的车辆的位置和车牌号;路径识别装置用于根据所接收的数据进行车辆行驶的路径计算;所述数据处理服务器用于根据接收到的数据计算出通行费用。本发明可以提高通行效率及改善“蹭ETC”的情况。
