The novel electric tractor hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, an oil pump motor, a gear pump, a hydraulic working device and an oil quantity sensor, the input end of the gear pump extends into the hydraulic oil tank through a first oil conveying pipeline, and the output end of the gear pump is connected with a hydraulic flow divider valve through a second pipeline; and the hydraulic diverter valve is provided with an output port A and an output port B. Hydraulic oil is pumped to a hydraulic diverter valve through a hydraulic oil pump and is output and supplied to a hydraulic steering gear, a multi-way hydraulic output valve and a hydraulic lifter in two ways, hydraulic oil enters an L oil cavity or an R oil cavity of a front axle steering oil cylinder through left-right rotation of the hydraulic steering gear, and walking steering of the electric tractor is achieved. An oil pressure sensor and a motor control system are added to adjust the working rotating speed of a gear pump, the pump pressure and flow are changed according to the working condition and the pipeline load, a plurality of hydraulic systems are driven by one power source to work, the working pressure and the use frequency of the systems are controllable, and the purposes of saving electricity of the electric tractor and controlling the temperature rise of a motor are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新型电动拖拉机液压系统,包括液压油箱、油泵电机、齿轮泵、液压工作装置和油量传感器,齿轮泵输入端通过第一输油管道延伸至液压油箱内部,齿轮泵输出端通过第二管道连接有液压分流阀,液压分流阀设置有输出A口和输出B口。通过将液压油泵至液压分流阀,分两路输出供给液压转向器和多路液压输出阀与液压提升器,通过液压转向器的左右转动使液压油进入前桥转向油缸的L油腔或R油腔,实现电动拖拉机的行走转向,增加油压传感器以及电机控制系统调节齿轮泵工作转速,根据工作情况和管道负载,改变泵压大小和流量,以一个动力源带动多个液压系统工作,系统的工作压力和使用频率可控,起到了电动拖拉机节电和控制电机温升的目的。
