The electro-hydraulic braking system comprises a hydraulic power source device connected with an oil tank device, a high-pressure pipe of the hydraulic power source device is connected with a brake valve set, an output pipe of the brake valve set is connected with a brake of the electric tractor, and when the brake is filled with oil through the output pipe, the output pipe of the brake valve set is connected with the brake of the electric tractor. The brake is driven to clamp a brake pad for braking; the brake valve group comprises a second electromagnetic valve, a first electromagnetic valve and a first proportional brake valve which are sequentially connected in series through a pipeline; the high-pressure pipe is connected with the input end of the second electromagnetic valve; the output end of the first proportional brake valve is connected with an oil return pipe; the other end of the oil return pipe is connected with the oil tank device and is used for recovering brake fluid; the other end, away from the brake, of the output pipe is connected to a pipeline between the second electromagnetic valve and the first electromagnetic valve. Electro-hydraulic control is adopted, the intelligent and unmanned direction is adapted, multiple functions such as emergency braking, on-demand service braking, ramp parking braking and anti-slip starting can be completed through one set of valve set module, safety is good, and cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种轮毂电拖的电液制动系统,包括与油箱装置连接的液压动力源装置,所述液压动力源装置的高压管连接制动阀组,所述制动阀组的输出管连接所述电拖的制动器,用于当所述输出管向所述制动器充油时,驱使所述制动器夹紧刹车片而刹车;所述制动阀组包括通过管道依次串联的第二电磁阀、第一电磁阀和第一比例制动阀;所述高压管与所述第二电磁阀的输入端连接;所述第一比例制动阀的输出端与回油管连接;所述回油管的另一端与所述油箱装置连接,用于回收制动液;所述输出管远离所述制动器的另一端连接在所述第二电磁阀和第一电磁阀之间的管道上。本发明采用电液控制,适应智能化、无人化方向,用一套阀组模块就能完成紧急制动、按需行车制动、坡道驻车制动及防溜坡起步等多项功能,安全性好,成本低。
