The invention discloses a built-in suspension cabin type crane which comprises two fixed bearing rails, a bearing beam and two first sliding mechanisms, one side of each fixed bearing rail is connected with a roof through a plurality of suspension stand columns, the two first sliding mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the bearing beam respectively, the bearing beam is movably connected between the two fixed bearing rails, and the suspension stand columns are arranged on the bearing beam. The first driving wheel and the first reversing wheel are arranged at the two ends of the bearing beam respectively, the second sliding mechanism is connected to the bearing beam in a sliding mode, an electric hoist is arranged on the second sliding mechanism, and the trolley chain is connected with the second sliding mechanism through the first driving wheel and the first reversing wheel. According to the built-in suspension cabin type crane, the mechanism form that an operation mechanism of a traditional suspension type crane is suspended to the position under a bearing rail and the rail operation mode are changed, the overall height and the mechanism weight of the crane are greatly reduced, and meanwhile the repair and maintenance requirements are met.

    本发明公开了内置悬挂机舱式起重机,包括:两个固定承重轨,两个固定承重轨的一侧分别通过多个悬挂立柱与屋顶连接,承重梁和两个第一滑动机构,两个第一滑动机构分别设置在承重梁的两端,承重梁活动连接在两个固定承重轨之间,第一驱动轮和第一换向轮,第一驱动轮和第一换向轮分别设置在承重梁的两端,第二滑动机构,第二滑动机构滑动连接在承重梁上,第二滑动机构上设置有电动葫芦,小车链条经过第一驱动轮和第一换向轮与第二滑动机构连接,该内置悬挂机舱式起重机,改变传统的悬挂式起重机的运行机构悬挂至承重轨正下方的机构形式及轨道运行方式,大幅降低起重机的整机高度和机构重量,同时满足维修、维护需求。
