The present invention relates to an apparatus for lifting and lowering a cabin of a driver seat of a crane for a vehicle, which can vertically lift and lower the cabin formed to surround the driver seat on which a user boards so that an operation of the crane mounted on the vehicle can be controlled. The apparatus for lifting and lowering a cabin of a driver seat of a crane for a vehicle includes: first and second upper rails mounted on the bottom of the cabin to be spaced apart from each other in parallel with each other and horizontally extended and having upper restriction grooves along a longitudinal direction; first and second lower rails supported on the crane, spaced apart from each other in parallel with each other to be horizontally extended and having lower restriction grooves along the longitudinal direction; a first crossing lifting and lowering unit having a first link of which one end is coupled to the first upper rail and the other end is coupled to advance and retreat along the lower restriction groove of the lower rail and a second link of which one end is coupled to advance and retreat along the upper restriction groove of the first upper rail and the other end is coupled to the first lower rail; a second crossing lifting and lowering unit having a third link of which one end is coupled to the second upper rail and the other end is coupled to advance and retreat along the lower restriction groove of the second lower rail and a fourth link of which one end is coupled to advance and retreat along the upper restriction groove of the second upper rail and the other end is coupled to the second lower rail; and a height control unit controlling a crossing angle of the first and second crossing lifting and lowering units to be variable so that a lifting and lowering height of the cabin is controlled.
본 발명은 차량에 탑재된 크레인의 작동을 조절할 수 있게 사용자가 탑승하는 운전석을 에워싸게 형성된 캐빈을 수직상으로 승하강 할 수 있도록 된 차량용 크레인 운전석 캐빈 승하강 장치에 관한 것으로서, 캐빈의 저부에 상호 나란하게 이격되어 수평상으로 연장되게 장착되며 상부 구속홈이 길이방향을 따라 형성된 제1 및 제2 상부 레일과, 크레인에 지지되며 상호 나란하게 이격되어 수평상으로 연장되며 하부 구속홈이 길이방향을 따라 형성된 제1 및 제2 하부 레일과, 일단은 제1상부 레일에 결합되고 타단은 제1하부레일의 하부 구속홈을 따라 진퇴가능하게 결합된 제1링크와, 일단은 제1상부 레일의 상부 구속홈을 따라 진퇴가능하게 결합되고 타단은 제1하부레일에 결합된 제2링크를 갖는 제1교차 승하강 유니트와, 일단은 제2상부 레일에 결합되고 타단은 제2하부레일의 하부 구속홈을 따라 진퇴가능하게 결합된 제3링크와, 일단은 제2상부 레일의 상부 구속홈을 따라 진퇴가능하게 결합되고 타단은 제2하부레일에 결합된 제4링크를 갖는 제2교차 승하강 유니트와, 캐빈의 승하강 높이를 조절하도록 제1 및 제2교차 승하강 유니트의 교차 각도가 가변되게 조정하는 높이조정부를 구비한다.
