The invention provides an elevator hydraulic safety tongs controller and a control method thereof. The elevator hydraulic safety tongs controller comprises a main control board and a displayer. The display is provided with a display and setting interface and is provided with or connected with a plurality of keys; the main control board is provided with a floor position sensor interface, an electromagnetic valve switch interface, a pressure sensor interface, a pressurizing oil pump interface, a safety relay interface and a signal detection switch interface; the elevator hydraulic safety tongs control method comprises the steps that a target pressure value and a pressurization lower limit value are set firstly, and then the following steps are executed: S1, a pressurization oil pump is started for pressurization until the system pressure reaches the target pressure value; s2, after the system pressure reaches the target pressure value, the pressure pump is closed, and the pressure state is continuously detected; s3, when the system pressure is reduced to be lower than the pressurization lower limit value, the pressurization pump is restarted for pressurization until the target pressure value is reached; and the steps S2-S3 are executed circularly, and the system pressure is kept.

    本发明提出一种电梯液压安全钳控制器及其控制方法,所述电梯液压安全钳控制器包括主控板和显示器;所述显示器提供有显示与设置界面,其具有或连接有若干按键;所述主控板上设置有楼层位置传感器接口、电磁阀开关接口、压力传感器接口、加压油泵接口、安全继电器接口以及信号检测开关接口;所述电梯液压安全钳控制方法是,先设定有目标压力值和加压下限值,继而执行以下步骤:S1,启动加压油泵进行加压,直至系统压力达到目标压力值;S2,当系统压力达到目标压力值后关闭加压泵,并持续检测压力状态;S3,当系统压力降至低于所述加压下限值时,重新启动加压泵进行加压直至达到目标压力值;循环执行步骤S2‑S3,保持系统压力。
