The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle engineering, and provides a heavy high-trafficability transport vehicle chassis which comprises steering axles, a driving axle and a steering synchronizing mechanism, the steering axles are installed at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle chassis, and the steering axles at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle chassis rotate synchronously; the drive axle is mounted on the vehicle chassis between the front and rear steering axles; the steering synchronizing mechanism is of a mechanical pull rod type structure connected between steering axles at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle chassis, and the mechanical pull rod type structure is connected to steering synchronizing swing arms of the steering axles at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle chassis. When the front steering axle steers, the steering synchronizing mechanism drives the steering axle at the rear end of the vehicle chassis to steer synchronously, synchronous steering of front and rear wheels of the heavy transport vehicle is achieved, the turning radius is small, the steering angle error is small, and the fault that front and rear steering angles are not synchronous is not prone to occurring; when running on mountainous regions, construction sites and other occasions, the vehicle can more easily pass through uneven severe road conditions and narrow road surfaces, and the passing performance is better.

    本发明属于车辆工程技术领域,提供了一种重型高通过性能运输车底盘,包括转向桥、驱动桥以及转向同步机构,转向桥安装于车辆底盘前后端,车辆底盘前后端的转向桥同步转动;驱动桥安装于前后端转向桥之间的车辆底盘上;转向同步机构为连接在车辆底盘前后端转向桥之间的机械拉杆式结构,机械拉杆式结构连接在车辆底盘前后端转向桥的转向同步摆臂上。本发明在前转向桥转向的同时,通过转向同步机构带动车辆底盘后端转向桥同步转向,实现重型运输车辆前后的两轮同步转向,使得转弯半径小,转向角误差小,不容易出现前后转向角不同步的故障;在山地及工地等场合行驶时,更容易通过不平整的恶劣路况,以及更容易通过狭窄路面,通过性能更好。
