The invention discloses a methanol oxidation vehicle-mounted heating system on a tank truck, which comprises a methanol gas tank, an air tank, a heating groove, a catalytic bed layer and a temperature sensor, and is characterized in that the methanol gas tank internally compressed and stored with methanol and the air tank internally compressed and stored with air are respectively connected with a frame longitudinal beam through a damping device; the heating groove is formed in the bottom of a tank body of the tank truck, the catalytic bed layer is connected with the interior of the heating groove, the catalytic bed layer is coated with a catalyst, the temperature sensor is connected with the outer wall of the upper portion of the tank body of the tank truck, heating can be carried out along with a truck, it is guaranteed that the tank truck can unload materials in time after arriving at a destination, waiting time is shortened, and transportation efficiency is improved. Compared with a traditional heating mode, the heating speed is higher, and heat can be rapidly generated within 5 seconds under the action of a catalyst in a cold environment; and the design and use cost is low, the service life of the catalyst is 7-10 years, and later addition is not needed.
