The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted hydrogen system for a truck, which comprises a storage component, a hydrogen storage component and a hydrogen storage component, the storage component is composed of a plurality of groups of hydrogen cylinders, bottle opening valves and bottle tail valves, the bottle opening valves and the bottle tail valves are arranged at the front ends and the rear ends of the hydrogen cylinders, the hydrogen cylinders are connected through high-pressure steel pipes, and high-pressure steel pipe joints are located outside a truck frame; hydrogen cylinders which are bilaterally symmetrical relative to the central line of the frame are connected in series; each group of serially-connected hydrogen cylinders are connected in parallel; the supply assembly comprises a pressure reducer, a needle valve, a high-pressure steel pipe and a low-pressure hose; the needle valve and a driver are arranged on the same side, and a high-pressure steel pipe is communicated with a hydrogen cylinder and a low-pressure hose directly connected with a fuel cell engine. Through reasonable arrangement of the multiple hydrogen cylinder chassis and combination of parallel connection and series connection, the space of a container is prevented from being occupied, and meanwhile the driving safety is improved; and compared with a traditional side arrangement scheme, the cruising ability is greatly improved through the multiple hydrogen cylinder sets, hydrogen leakage caused by collision of pipelines is avoided, and safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种载货车用车载氢系统,包括:储存组件,由若干组氢气瓶、以及设置于氢气瓶前后两端的瓶口阀和瓶尾阀组成,各氢气瓶间通过高压钢管相连接且高压钢管接头位于车架外;相对于车架中线左右对称的氢气瓶串联,各组串联氢气瓶并联连接;供给组件,包括减压器、针阀、高压钢管和低压软管;针阀与驾驶员同侧设置,由高压钢管连通氢气瓶和与燃料电池发动机直接相连的低压软管。本发明通过多个氢气瓶底盘布置的合理布局以及并串联相结合,在避免占用货箱空间的同时提高行车安全性;且通过多个氢气瓶组较传统侧置方案极大的提高了续航能力,并避免管路因受到碰撞导致氢气泄露,提高安全性。
