The invention relates to a high-power charging calibrating device, which comprises a wrapping body and a clamping ring, and is characterized in that the wrapping body comprises a soft insulating layer covering a cable and a mesh electrode fixedly arranged on the inner side of the insulating layer; the mesh electrode covers the charging cable; the clamping ring is fixedly arranged on the charging cable, and an induction power supply module, a power supply circuit, an operation controller, a mutual inductor, a power acquisition module, a current sampling circuit and a display are arranged in the clamping ring. Whether electric leakage exists in the charging cable or not is detected through a wrapping body and a clamping ring which are arranged on the charging cable, and meanwhile the actual charging power of the charging cable is detected; the mesh electrode on the inner side of the wrapping body collects charges distributed on the insulating layer of the charging cable, the charges are sampled through the current sampling circuit so as to judge whether the cable leaks electricity or not, the electricity is sent to the interior of the charging pile for comparison during handshake protocol, and charging is started after safety is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the real-time power of the charging cable is calculated through the mutual inductor and the power metering module.
本发明涉及一种大功率充电检定装置,包括包裹体和卡接环,包裹体包括覆盖在线缆上的软性绝缘层和固定设置在绝缘层内侧的网状电极;网状电极覆盖在充电线缆上;卡接环固定设置在充电线缆上,卡接环内部设有感应供电模块、电源电路、运算控制器、互感器、功率采集模块、电流采样电路和显示器。通过设置在充电线缆上的包裹体和卡接环检测充电线缆是否存在漏电,同时检测充电线缆的实际充电功率;包裹体内侧的网状电极采集分布在充电线缆绝缘层上的电荷,并通过电流采样电路进行采样,从而判断电缆是否漏电,在握手协议时发送至充电桩内部进行对比,保证安全后才开始充电;同时通过互感器和功率计量模块计算充电线缆的实时功率。
