The invention discloses a light-weight high-tear-resistance automotive bottom protection composite material which structurally comprises a continuous fiber layer, an LWRT layer and a continuous fiber layer from top to bottom in sequence, the continuous fiber layer comprises continuous long-fiber polypropylene fibers and continuous glass fibers, the continuous fibers are glass fibers with the diameter of 7-21 microns, the continuous long-fiber polypropylene fibers are polypropylene fibers with the diameter of 1.5-15 dex, and the continuous long-fiber polypropylene fibers are polypropylene fibers with the diameter of 1.5-15 dex. The two continuous fiber mixed structure layers are introduced for the first time, the tearing resistance of the bottom protection base material is greatly improved by means of the excellent tensile property of the double continuous fibers, and the wading test requirement is met. The linear ball-shaped structure formed by mixing the two continuous fibers has a certain mechanical property, and meanwhile, the binding agent is introduced to reinforce the binding force between the two continuous fibers, so that a more compact structure is formed on the surface, the rigidity and toughness of the surface are improved, the weight of the material can be further reduced to achieve the basic index of bottom protection, and economic benefits are formed.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化高抗撕裂车用底护复合材料,复合材料的结构从上到下依次包括连续纤维层、LWRT层和连续纤维层,连续纤维层包括连续性长纤丙纶与连续性玻璃纤维,连续纤维是直径7‑21um的玻璃纤维,连续性长纤丙纶是丙纶1.5‑15dex,本发明首次引入两种连续纤维混合结构层,利用双重连续纤维出色的拉伸性能,大幅度提高底护基材的抗撕裂性能,达到涉水试验要求。两种连续纤维混合形成的线团状结构,具有一定的力学性能,同时引入粘结剂,加固两种连续纤维之间的结合力,使表面形成更为致密的结构,提升表面的刚性与韧性,进而可以减轻材料的重量来达到底护的基本指标,形成经济效益。
