The invention aims to provide the safe hoisting equipment for the mold, which can avoid large shaking when a radial tire mold is hoisted, is convenient to mount and operate, improves the efficiency, can automatically add lubricating oil to a bearing, and avoids accidents caused by rigid rotation of the bearing.

    本发明涉及载重子午线轮胎加工技术领域,具体为一种模具安全吊装设备,包括花键轴,所述花键轴上端依次安装防转环、吊装盘、垫片、轴承、锁母,所述花键轴的下端设有六齿花键,所述防转环的下端设有两齿花键,所述防转环与花键轴转动连接,且所述防转环在花键轴上滑动,所述两齿花键与六齿花键滑动挤压连接,所述花键轴的下方设置有模具连接盘,所述模具连接盘的内部设置有六齿齿套,所述模具连接盘与花键轴滑动连接,本发明的目的在于提供一种模具安全吊装设备,可以在吊装子午胎轮胎模具时避免晃动大,而且可以安装操作方便、提高效率,同时可以自动对轴承进行添加润滑油,避免轴承转动僵硬,造成事故发生。
