The invention discloses a main shell of a rapid mooring device of a ship-borne helicopter, and belongs to the technical field of rapid mooring devices of ship-borne helicopters.The main shell comprises a shell body of a box-type structure and a buffering device fixedly installed at the front end of the shell body; the front portion of the shell body is provided with a mechanical claw movement track area, the middle portion of the shell body is provided with a mechanical transmission area, the rear portion of the shell body is provided with a hydraulic and electrical control area, and a plurality of idler wheels are installed at the bottom of the shell body and can drive the main shell to move on a fixed track. The buffer device is provided with a left detection area, a right detection area and a middle working area. The main shell is reasonable in area distribution, high in structural strength, resistant to corrosion and good in conductivity, has the anti-explosion characteristic and the resident locking function, is suitable for a rapid mooring device in a ship-borne helicopter rapid recovery system and can adapt to the offshore operation environment.

    本发明公开了一种舰载直升机快速系留装置的主壳体,属于舰载直升机快速系留装置技术领域,包括箱式结构的壳体本体和固定安装于壳体本体前端的缓冲装置;所述壳体本体的前部设置机械爪运动轨道区、中部设置机械传动区、后部设置液压和电气控制区,在壳体本体底部安装有若干个滚轮,可带动主壳体在固定轨道上移动;所述缓冲装置设置有左部检测区、右部检测区和中部工作区。本发明主壳体区域分布合理、结构强度高、耐腐蚀、导电性好,具备防爆特性和驻留锁定功能,适用于舰载直升机快速回收系统中的快速系留装置,能够适应海上作业环境。
