The invention discloses a compact centrally-mounted motor adopting a two-stage gear reduction mechanism. The compact centrally-mounted motor comprises a shell, a motor body, the two-stage gear reduction mechanism, a center shaft, a torque sensor, a crankset positioning sleeve and a crankset, the middle shaft penetrates through the lower portion of the shell and is parallel to an output shaft of the motor body, the output shaft is connected with a crankset positioning sleeve arranged on the middle shaft in a sleeving mode through a secondary gear reduction mechanism, the front portion of the crankset positioning sleeve extends out of the shell to fix a crankset, and the torque sensor is arranged on the middle shaft. The speed reducer is characterized in that the secondary gear speed reducing mechanism comprises a duplicate gear, shaft teeth arranged on the output shaft and a crankset transmission gear arranged on a crankset positioning sleeve, the duplicate gear is composed of a large gear and a small gear which are arranged on the same transmission shaft, and the large gear is located between the small gear and a crankset in the axial direction; and the crankset transmission gear is meshed with the pinion, so that the crankset transmission gear is positioned on one side, opposite to the crankset, of the bull gear. The motor is more compact in structure, smaller in size and higher in internal space utilization rate.

    本发明公开了一种采用二级齿轮减速机构的紧凑中置电机,包括外壳、电机本体、二级齿轮减速机构、中轴、力矩传感器、牙盘定位套及牙盘;中轴穿设于外壳下部并与电机本体的输出轴平行布置,输出轴经二级齿轮减速机构同套于中轴上的牙盘定位套相连,牙盘定位套前部伸出外壳以固定牙盘,力矩传感器设于中轴上;其特征在于二级齿轮减速机构包括双联齿轮、设于输出轴上的轴齿和设于牙盘定位套上的牙盘传动齿轮,双联齿轮由设于同一传动轴上的大、小齿轮构成,且在轴向上大齿轮位于小齿轮和牙盘之间;轴齿与大齿轮啮合,而牙盘传动齿轮同小齿轮啮合从而使得牙盘传动齿轮位于大齿轮背向牙盘的一侧。该电机结构更紧凑,体积更小,内部空间利用率更高。
