The invention discloses a resonance suppression circuit, a control method and a vehicle-mounted charger, the resonance suppression circuit comprises a first power conversion circuit, a second power conversion circuit, a filter circuit connected between the first power conversion circuit and the second power conversion circuit, and a resonance suppression unit used for suppressing resonance, the resonance suppression unit at least comprises a first isolation switch connected with the first power conversion circuit and a second isolation switch connected with the second power conversion circuit, and the resonance suppression unit can suppress resonance by adjusting driving signals of the first isolation switch and the second isolation switch. Compared with the prior art, damage caused by resonance of external parts and internal parts can be effectively reduced, and the overall safety is improved.
