The invention discloses a tire with high durability after aging, which relates to the technical field of tires, and comprises an airtight layer, a cord fabric layer and a tread part, wherein the rubber material of the airtight layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix rubber, 30-90 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-15 parts of processing oil, 0.1-10 parts of an active agent, 0.1-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 0.1-3 parts of an accelerant. After the technical scheme is adopted, the air pressure retention rate of the tire is improved by improving the air retaining property of the inner liner of the tire; the rubber material hardness of the cord fabric layer is improved so as to improve the strength of the aged tire body; rubber material heat generation of the tread part is reduced so as to reduce thermal aging of the tread part; and rubber materials of an airtight layer, a cord fabric layer and a tread part of the tire are improved, so that the durability of the tire after aging is comprehensively improved.

    本发明公开了一种老化后耐久性能高的轮胎,它涉及轮胎技术领域,其包括气密层、帘布层及胎面部;其中,所述气密层的胶料组成包括以下重量份数配比的原料:100重量份基体橡胶、30‑90重量份补强剂、1‑15重量份加工油、0.1‑10重量份活性剂、0.1‑3重量份硫化剂、0.1‑3重量份促进剂。采用上述技术方案后,本发明通过提高轮胎的气密层的保气性以提升轮胎气压保持率;提高帘布层的胶料硬度以提升老化后轮胎胎体强度;减少胎面部的胶料生热以减少胎面部热老化;对轮胎的气密层、帘布层及胎面部的胶料进行改善,全方面提升轮胎老化后耐久性能。
