The invention discloses a tire with improved aging durability. The tire comprises a tire structure, wherein the tire structure comprises a lining layer, a belted layer, a sidewall, a tire bead steel wire and a filling rubber material; the belted layer comprises a first belted layer and a second belted layer, a horizontal width difference value of the first belted layer and the second belted layer is delta 1, and a first reinforcing rubber material and a second reinforcing rubber material are respectively connected to top parts of the first belted layer and the second belted layer and are close to one end of the tire side; design is performed according to the existing requirements, the structural composition is optimized by adjusting the structure design of different components, the width of the belted layer, the width and the thickness of the belted layer reinforcing material, the width and the thickness of the lining layer, the rubber material used in the specific area of the lining layer, and the thickness and the width of the sidewall reinforcing material are reasonably combined so that the tire has strong ageing resistance, the tire manufactured according to the invention has improved anti-aging durability, and the tire can smoothly pass a strict indoor aging durability experiment.

    本发明公开了一种提升老化耐久的轮胎,包括轮胎结构,所述轮胎结构包括内衬层、带束层、胎侧、胎圈钢丝和填充胶料;所述带束层包括第一带束层和第二带束层,所述第一带束层和第二带束层水平宽度差值为Δ1,所述第一带束层和第二带束层顶部且靠近胎侧的一端分别连接有第一补强胶料和第二补强胶料;本发明根据现有需求进行设计,通过调整不同部件的结构设计,优化结构组成,通过对带束层宽度、带束层补强材料宽度和厚度、内衬层宽度和厚度、内衬层特定区域使用的胶料、胎侧增强材料厚度以及宽度的合理组合,使轮胎具有较强的抗老化性能,依据本发明制作的轮胎可以提高轮胎抗老化耐久性能,顺利通过严格的室内老化耐久实验。
