The invention provides a vehicle takeover control method and system based on L3-level automatic driving. The method comprises the steps that domain controller state information of an automatic driving domain controller is acquired; judging whether the driving mode of the vehicle is an automatic driving mode or not according to the domain controller state information; when the driving mode of the vehicle is not the automatic driving mode, acquiring current steering wheel hand torque data of the vehicle; judging whether the current steering wheel hand torque data meets a steering wheel hand torque value range or not; if not, taking over the vehicle and executing a safe parking strategy. According to the vehicle takeover control method and system, the domain controller state information of the automatic driving domain controller is obtained by arranging the control module, then whether the driving mode of the vehicle is in the automatic driving mode or not is judged, whether the vehicle is in the automatic driving mode or not is monitored, and safe driving of the vehicle is guaranteed; the technical problem that in the prior art, when an automatic driving system fails, a driver still does not take over the vehicle, and consequently danger is likely to happen is solved.

    本发明提供一种基于L3级自动驾驶的车辆接管控制方法及系统,方法包括:获取自动驾驶域控制器的域控制器状态信息;根据域控制器状态信息判断车辆的驾驶模式是否处于自动驾驶模式;当车辆的驾驶模式不处于自动驾驶模式时,获取车辆的当前方向盘手力矩数据;判断当前方向盘手力矩数据是否满足方向盘手力矩值范围;若否,接管车辆并执行安全停车策略。上述车辆接管控制方法及系统,通过设置控制模块,获取自动驾驶域控制器的域控制器状态信息,进而判断车辆的驾驶模式是否处于自动驾驶模式,监测车辆是否处于自动驾驶模式,保证车辆的安全行驶;解决了现有技术中自动驾驶系统失效时、而驾驶员仍未接管车辆导致极易出现危险的技术问题。
