The invention discloses a vehicle active takeover system combining sensing inside and outside a vehicle. The vehicle active takeover system comprises a driver state monitoring module, a sensing control module outside the vehicle and an intelligent decision module. Wherein the driver state monitoring module can monitor the fatigue distraction state of a driver; the outside-vehicle sensing control module can detect outside-vehicle environment data and generate an accident coefficient based on the outside-vehicle environment data; the intelligent decision-making module can decide whether to take over the vehicle or not based on the driver fatigue distraction state transmitted by the driver state monitoring module and the accident coefficient transmitted by the outside-vehicle sensing control module. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a vehicle active takeover method combining vehicle interior and exterior perception, which comprises the following steps: the driver state monitoring module monitors the fatigue distraction state of the driver in real time; the out-of-vehicle sensing control module detects out-of-vehicle environment data and generates an accident coefficient based on the out-of-vehicle environment data; and the intelligent decision module determines whether to take over the vehicle based on the received fatigue distraction state and the accident coefficient.

    本发明公开了一种车内外感知结合的车辆主动接管系统,其包括:驾驶员状态监测模块、车外感知控制模块和智能决策模块。其中,驾驶员状态监测模块能够监测驾驶员的疲劳分心状态;车外感知控制模块能够检测车外环境数据,并基于车外环境数据生成事故系数;智能决策模块可以基于驾驶员状态监测模块传输的驾驶员的疲劳分心状态和车外感知控制模块传输的事故系数决定是否接管车辆。相应地,本发明还公开了一种车内外感知结合的车辆主动接管方法,其包括步骤:驾驶员状态监测模块实时监测驾驶员的疲劳分心状态;车外感知控制模块检测车外环境数据,并基于车外环境数据生成事故系数;智能决策模块基于接收的疲劳分心状态和事故系数,决定是否接管车辆。
