The chassis front guide wheel comprises a fixing frame, a wheel frame, a moving wheel and an elastic damping assembly, the moving wheel is preferably a polyurethane wheel body, the moving wheel is rotatably installed on the wheel frame through a rotating shaft and rotates around the center axis of the moving wheel, the wheel frame is rotatably installed on the fixing frame through a supporting shaft, and the elastic damping assembly is installed on the fixing frame. And the front end of the wheel carrier is rotationally supported relative to the fixing frame, and an elastic damping assembly is arranged between the wheel carrier and the fixing frame and located on the rear side of the supporting shaft. The fixing frame is fixedly connected with the front end of the chassis body of the robot, the chassis front guide wheel serves as a guide wheel of the robot, the moving wheel is impacted when encountering an obstacle in the advancing process, then the wheel frame rotates around the supporting shaft, the elastic damping assembly located on the rear side buffers impact force, and then the good damping effect is achieved; the elastic damping assembly is assembled in the chassis front guide wheel and forms an integrated structure.

    本发明公开了一种底盘前导轮及机器人底盘,一种底盘前导轮,包括固定架、轮架、移动轮和弹性减震组件,所述移动轮优选为聚氨酯轮体,所述移动轮通过转轴转动安装在轮架上并绕其中心轴转动,所述轮架通过支撑轴转动安装在固定架上,并使得轮架的前端相对于固定架进行转动支撑,所述轮架与固定架之间且位于所述支撑轴的后侧设置有弹性减震组件。该固定架与机器人的底盘本体的前端固定连接并使该底盘前导轮作为机器人的导向轮,移动轮在行进过程中,遇到障碍时会受到撞击,进而使得轮架绕支撑轴转动,而位于后侧的弹性减震组件对撞击力进行缓冲,进而起到良好的减震效果,该弹性减震组件组装在底盘前导轮内并形成一体式结构。
