The wheel leg type chassis comprises a main body; a plurality of leg members spaced apart from each other, the first ends thereof being mounted to the body and each being swingable with respect to the body; a plurality of foot members each connected to a second end of each leg member and rotatable relative to the leg member; and a plurality of wheel members each mounted to each foot member and rotatable relative to the foot member. According to the wheel-leg type chassis, the leg components, the foot components and the wheel structures which are arranged in parallel are matched with the structure of the wheel-leg type chassis, so that omnidirectional dip angle swinging, lifting, rotating and walking of the wheel-leg type chassis can be achieved, namely, the wheel-leg type chassis is in multiple postures, and the dynamic response, the mobility and the flexibility of the wheel-leg type chassis are remarkably improved; the robot provided with the wheel leg type chassis can avoid encountered obstacles or obstacles to be encountered, and therefore the running stability and safety of the robot are guaranteed.
