The invention relates to a parking management method and system based on computer vision, and belongs to the technical field of image recognition. According to the parking lot images collected by the monitoring camera at regular time, automatic detection of unoccupied parking spaces, parking fee calculation and intelligent supervision of parking normalization are carried out, so that the intelligent management level of the parking lot is remarkably improved; and the parking duration and the corresponding cost of each parking space are calculated by monitoring the update of the use state of the parking space. The method is high in accuracy, can effectively avoid calculation errors in manual charging, is low in application cost, and can output the parking fees of a plurality of parking spaces in real time through a camera and an AI detector. And then the relative position relation between the vehicle and the parking space is determined through the area overlapping ratio between the vehicle mask and the standard mask output by the AI detector, the method is low in operation cost, real-time parking normalization detection can be achieved, and therefore the parking order and safety of the parking lot are effectively maintained.

    本发明涉及一种基于计算机视觉的停车管理方法及系统,属于图像识别技术领域。本发明根据监控摄像头定时采集的停车场图像,进行空余车位的自动检测、停车费用计算和停车规范性的智能监管,从而显著提升停车场的智能化管理水平;并且通过监测车位的使用状态更新,来计算各个车位的停车时长和对应费用。该方法不仅准确性高,能够有效避免人工收费中的计算失误,而且应用成本低,通过摄像头和AI检测器就可实时输出多个车位的停车费用;然后通过AI检测器所输出的车辆掩膜和标准掩膜之间的面积重叠率来确定车辆和车位的相对位置关系,该方法运算成本低,能够实现实时的停车规范性检测,从而有效维护停车场的停车秩序和安全。
