The invention provides a parking lot parking space management system and management method based on machine vision, and belongs to the field of vehicle traffic management methods. The system comprises a high-resolution in-field camera used for collecting real-time images of a parking lot; the entrance camera is used for recording user information; the administrator PC end is controlled; a user is at a mobile APP program end; the management method comprises the following steps: acquiring image information of a parking lot through a high-resolution intra-field camera; detecting a parking space occupation state by using an image processing and deep learning model; real-time parking space information and traffic conditions are obtained according to the obtained image information and the parking space occupancy state, and the optimal parking lot selection and navigation path are provided for a user according to the real-time parking space information and the traffic conditions; based on historical parking preferences and habits of the user, the system can provide personalized parking suggestions, and the user satisfaction is improved. Image processing and a depth model are combined, and the problem that license plate recognition is affected by insufficient light and the like is prevented. The depth model can detect and identify multiple targets at the same time, and the identification efficiency and accuracy of the system are improved.

    本发明提供的基于机器视觉的停车场车位管理系统及管理方法,属于车辆交通管理方法领域。系统包括用于采集停车场实时图像的高分辨率场内摄像头;用于记录用户信息的入口摄像头;控制管理员PC端;用户于端移动APP程序端;管理方法为:通过高分辨率场内摄像头获取停车场的图像信息;利用图像处理及深度学习模型检测停车位占用状态;根据所获取的图像信息及停车位占用状态得到实时停车位信息和交通状况,用实时停车位信息和交通状况,为用户提供最佳停车场选择和导航路径;基于用户历史停车偏好和习惯,系统可以提供个性化的停车建议,提高用户满意度。采用图像处理和深度模型相结合,防止因光线不足等问题影响车牌识别的问题。深度模型能够同时检测和识别多个目标,提高系统的识别效率和准确性。
